We don’t guarantee results or offer legal advice. Entrepreneurship and everything revolving around business involves risk and hard work. Always consult with your professionals. Any testimonials showing our success or our students’ success are not to be interpreted as common, typical, or expected. Some testimonials are from students who now consult with NextWorldLeader as a NextWorldLeader coach or trainer. If you want to reach your aspirational targets and goals, you must learn and work hard to reach your destination.
PRODUCTS AND GOODS
A. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to the university training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately so we can resolve the issue. Purchase of a NextWorldLeader training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the products in any way.
If you have subscribed to the individual month-to-month to any NextWorldLeader Training Access program, to cancel your subscription please visit nextworldleader.com/cancel and follow the prompts. Please be advised, that the cancellation of the monthly subscription is effective in the month in which you have cancelled. There are no refunds regardless of usage of the product.
All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. If you are attempting to cancel your automatic renewal of NextWorldLeader or any NextWorldLeader product, please visit nextworldleader.com/cancel
Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products, NextWorldLeader or any of the digital products on NextWorldLeader are NOT subject to cancellation, refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to. AFTER the full term of the agreement has expired, you may request to cancel the automatic renewal of the Agreement or your Agreement will be converted into a month-to-month Agreement. Any cancellations submitted prior to the full term of the agreement will only cancel the auto renewal and your monthly invoices will still be due and owing until the full value of the agreement has been paid in full.
ALL BUILD OUT FEES AND SET UP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES RENDERED TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT.
Agreements with a 90 day opt out clause do not include a refund on the initial investment. There is NO refund on digital products or build-out fees. By signing the Agreement, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy. including that you agree to do not do a charge back for any services rendered, or for digital products that have been delivered. You also agree and acknowledge that you are paying in monthly installments on your total contract value as a payment plan, not a recurring subscription fee.
Cancelling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement. If at anytime you have delinquent invoices past 90 days, or the account is paid delinquently for three consecutive payments, your account will be suspended, and you will still be liable for the full contract value through the term of the agreement.
If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at nextworldleader.com/customerservice , so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge NextWorldLeader™, and all affiliated companies from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization. If my testimony is cut or not used, I agree that this was at the artistic discretion of NextWorldLeader™, and all affiliated companies and or its affiliates and that I will not take legal action. I also agree that any claims will be Arbitrated through the American Arbitration Association and that jurisdiction for any all claims is Miami, Florida.
I hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, such use by NextWorldLeader ™, and all affiliated companies, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion or privacy. I have read the above Release and am fully familiar with the contents thereof. This Release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto and supersedes any other Agreement that may exist.
NextWorldLeader Luxury Insider Mentorship Membership
Please be advised that the Luxury Insider Mentorship Program runs on a (52) week schedule that begins and ends on a certain date that is determined by your start date.
The Luxury Insider Mentor Calls are recorded and may be accessed during the (52) week period in which you are enrolled. Access to the recorded calls terminates at the end of your eight (52) week program.
There are no refunds for the program and no refunds or credit for any missed calls. No part of the program, including any gratis tickets, passes or invitations, are transferable to another person. It is incumbent upon the Mentee to dial in to the calls and follow the schedule. Please refer to the remaining Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy for our online community guidelines.
If you received this program gratis or as part of a bundled promotion, or if you received another product or service with the purchase of the Luxury Insider Mentor Program, please be advised that gratis items do not have monetary value and are not transferable nor are they eligible for refunds or store credit. Regarding any of the private inner circle programs within Luxury Insider, again, availability is on a first come, first served basis so ensure you reserve your spot early. By becoming a part of the Luxury Insider Mentor community, you agree to abide by our online community guidelines and you agree to all the terms and conditions of our refund policy, terms of service and privacy policy.
If you are dissatisfied with the Luxury Insider Mentor program after your first call, please contact customerservice@nextworldleader for a store credit. . If more than one day has passed you will not be entitled to store credit.
By checking any provided OPT IN box you are opting in to be contacted via SMS or text message. Providing your email address is your agreement to receive emails from NextWorldLeader LLC and its affiliated companies. If you do not want to receive email marketing please do not provide your email address.
Payment Plans
If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed. Offers and discounts may not be combined.
Bonus Guarantee on All Deals, Products and Services
If at any time you purchase an item, ticket or digital product and in the future a bonus or free gift is offered under the same exact terms of purchase, we will guarantee you receipt of that bonus or free gift while supplies last or within 3 months of purchase.
Purchases from an Affiliate or Third-Party Any purchase made through a third-party affiliate is subject to the affiliate’s terms and conditions. Any requests from refunds should be made directly to the affiliate from whom the product or service was purchased. Be sure to save your invoice and receipts from any affiliate purchase so that we may direct you to the proper party should an issue arise.
Refunds WILL NOT be issued on any third-party purchases or use of any third-party services. We do not guarantee any purchases or services from a third party and ask that you preform your own due diligence before entering into a contract or making a purchase form a third party.
Third-Party Financing
If you have utilized a third party lender to finance any purchases of our products, we are asking that you perform your own due diligence before undertaking an obligation with any third party lender. We do not guarantee any third party services nor do we accept any liability for any third party actions. As such, there will be no refunds, no store credits, no returns, and no acceptance of liability on behalf of NextWorldLeader, NextWorldLeader LLC., Luxury Insider. or any other affiliated NextWorldLeader companies.
NextWorldLeader, or any other affiliated NextWorldLeader companies are not lenders, do not have any affiliation with any lenders and will not receive any monetary benefit from any lender that you choose to utilize for purchasing any of our products or services. Again, we request that perform your own due diligence on any financing institution that you choose to utilize.
Account Status
If your account is in arrears or not in good standing for any reason, then any special offers, flash sales, deals, bonuses, gifts with purchase, coupons, discounts and incentives are not available for use.
OFFERS, DEALS, PROMOTIONS, BONUS ITEMS AND GIFTS WITH PURCHASE FROM AFFILATES, SPONSORS OR CO-VENTURERS
From time-to-time, NextWorldLeader ™ and the NextWorldLeader Companies may host, co-host or co-venture with an affiliate, business associate or sponsor at an event or for a special promotion. As such, some of the items or deals may not be purchased from NextWorldLeader ™ or any of the NextWorldLeader Companies. If you purchased an item from an affiliate, business associate or sponsor you are subject to the terms of their purchase and we are not able to provide any exchanges or refunds. Please contact the affiliate, business associate or sponsor on your receipt from your purchase for their policy and instructions.
Any item purchased from an affiliate that is to be fulfilled by an affiliate will require the purchaser to communicate with the affiliate regarding any customer service or technical issues. We cannot guarantee or provide a refund or credit on items we do not fulfill.
By purchasing any item, product or event from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy If you do not agree to these Policies, please do purchase anything, or enter into any transaction with us.
Be sure to return to this Policy periodically to review the most current version of the Policy. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify this Policy without prior notice; however, the date of any effective changes shall be reflected at the bottom of this page and upon request we will provide you with information regarding any changes made. B. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
You have 30-days from the date of purchase to request a refund and return an item. If the request is received on or before the 30th day and the item is postmarked within 3 days of the request you will receive a full refund; otherwise no refund will be issued. We will cover return shipping on orders within the United States (any orders outside the United States are responsible for any and all return shipping, tariff, custom or other related charges).

C. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS (OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES)
If returning a physical item, please contact customerservice@nextworldleader.com within the stated return period, who will provide you instructions for returning your product(s).
You are responsible for all shipping costs and other costs incurred for returning your item (unless otherwise specified). Original shipping costs are non-refundable and your refund will be on the product cost only.
The time it will take for your returned item to arrive to us and be processed will vary depending on the shipping method you select. Once received, we will process the refund within one week and your funds should appear within 2 weeks of the return being processed.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend adding tracking and insurance to the shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
D. CUSTOM DUTIES AND TARIFFS
For our international customers, shipping charges do not include any potential tariffs, duties, custom or other fees or taxes that an individual country may impose upon import. You are responsible for any additional fees that may be levied by the country where the product is being imported.
E. ALL NON-DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Once your return of your physical item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the status (approval or rejection) of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
F. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you returned a digital or physical product please allow up to two weeks for your charge to be refunded.
If after two weeks you do not see your refund appear, please first call your bank or credit card to confirm whether it is pending.
If the bank or credit card does not see your refund pending and you still have not received your refund after two weeks, please contact us at customerservice@nextworldleader.com.
G. EXCHANGES
We do our best to ensure you receive undamaged products. If, however, you have received an item that is defective or was damaged prior to arrival, we will promptly exchange it upon notification for an identical product. If this occurs, please send us an email at customerservice@nextworldleader.com, and instructions will be provided for returning the defective or damaged merchandise.
