My name is Shannon Allen. I’m one of the Managing Partners of NextWorldLeader. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan where my mother and step-father were one of the top Black farmers in the country, We lived on a potato farm where we grew potatoes for Frito Lay.

I graduated from Central Michigan University with a double major in Political Science and Computer Science and became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc.

I am a serial entrepreneur and made my first million dollars by the age of 24. I’ve worked with many startups sine 2000 and have extensive experience in building various businesses from the ground up. I have extensive experience working with the Entertainment Industry, Luxury Brands, Cryptocurrency, FinTechs, Professional and College Sports Team Manufacturing, and Luxury Clothing Lines.

My name is James LeGrand. I’m also a Managing Partner of NextWorldLeader with over 30 years of experience in officer-level positions at multiple Fortune 500 financial services companies including over 15 years as a Vice President at a top Wall Street firm. I am originally from Plainfield, NJ. I graduated from Seton Hall University with a major in Management Information Systems.

I have managed multi-million dollar budgets and led multi-national multi-faceted business and technology project teams that converted multi-billion dollar books of business onto brokerage platforms.

In addition, I am a Sifu in Kungfu with 24 years of teaching and training experience…Sifu means teacher or master.
