Many people feel like they are vip.  I am sure lots have taken first class on a plane, but still most will not be invited to one of the most exclusive pieces of property on the planet.  Many do not know that on Fisher Island, you must drive a maximum of 19 miles per hour.  If you drive any faster than that, you will have a problem.

Since living in Miami, I have seen Brickell grow tremendously.  There are a few buildings that are not in this shot, and it was only taken in 2012.  Notably missing are Brickell House, Millicento, and so many to list.  More buildings are slated to be developed in the area making it one of the most saught after places in the South Florida area.  While SouthBeach is focused on the tourists, Brickell is for the business minded local that loves living in Miami.

One of the great things about Brickell is the networking.  Living in the high rises, you never know who you might run into walking around the neighborhood or in your lobby.

When you come to Miami to South Beach and want to see how the real movers and shakers live, you come to South Pointe.  South Pointe has a few of the iconic condos of Miami Beach and it also features some of the best restaurants and park viewpoints of the city.
